Plumbing Install Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Plumbing Install Coordinator who enjoys organizing projects, communicating with customers and technicians, and keeping installations moving smoothly from start to finish.

• Previous scheduling, coordination, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred

• Plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home-services experience is a plus

• ServiceTitan experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and multiple systems

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, technicians, managers, and vendors

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly when schedules or job needs change

• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

• Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods

• Complete a background check 

• Full-time position

• Must have flexibility based on installation schedules and business needs

• Occasional overtime may be available or required based on workload

The Plumbing Install Coordinator is a key connection between our customers, field teams, sales department, warehouse, and leadership team.

A successful installation starts long before our installers arrive at the customer's home. Your organization, communication, and attention to detail help ensure our technicians are prepared, customers know what to expect, and projects stay on schedule.
