What You’ll Do Gain experience across multiple phases of oil well drilling while working a semi-rotational schedule. Prioritize safety by following all rig protocols and procedures. Perform essential rig duties, including typical Floorhand tasks. Collaborate with the Performance Drilling Group to help improve drilling processes. Assist the Maintenance Group with troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing drilling systems. Work with the Drilling Engineering team to develop technical solutions to issues encountered on the rig. What We Look for in Intern Candidates Safety: A strong commitment to working safely. Tool Handling: Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment safely. Mechanical Skills: An aptitude for assembling and repairing equipment.
