Are you earning a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical field and looking to apply your skills in a REAL manufacturing environment?! Our 120,000 square foot facility houses R&D, Design Engineering, Assembly & Test, and an 80,000 square foot machining operation where we regularly upgrade our technology. Our product lines are low volume, high mix, and very tight tolerances. We manufacture, assemble and test valves and actuators for the Aerospace and Power Generation markets.

We’re one of 55 independently run operating units in the TransDigm Group, one of the world’s leading suppliers of highly engineered components for virtually all aerospace applications, helping us continually invest in new products and technology.

Our Supply Chain and Production Planning Team plays a critical role in keeping our complex manufacturing operations running efficiently. Our planners manage the flow of materials and production through multiple levels of manufacturing, balancing customer demand, material availability, capacity constraints, and changing priorities. As a co-op, you won't just observe the process — you'll take ownership of planning assigned production lines, make real-time decisions, solve complex problems, and collaborate with teams across the organization to keep production moving.

If you enjoy working with data, solving challenging problems, understanding how complex systems work, and seeing the direct impact of your decisions on the manufacturing floor, then we have an assignment for you!
