We’re seeking a Full-Time RN to care for a mixed caseload of home health and home hospice patients. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building patient relationships and working independently in the field.

Schedule visits directly with your patients, giving you flexibility to plan your start time and work around personal appointments while meeting patient care needs.

Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following:
- New graduate RN with less than one year of total nursing experience
- Experienced RN with home health or home hospice experience
Active Illinois RN license in good standing
Comfortable driving between patient homes throughout the day; this is not shift work
Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
