Senior HR Business Partner

In this highly visible and influential role, the Senior HR Business Partner supports approximately 1,100 team members, physicians, and advanced practice providers across Arizona Primary Care outpatient practices. You will provide expert guidance on complex people matters — including employee and labor relations, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management — helping leaders build a positive, high-performing work environment that enables exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced and rewarding role. A typical day as a Senior HR Business Partner may include partnering with leaders on workforce and succession planning, coaching leaders, facilitating talent reviews and leadership development, investigating employee relations concerns, supporting organizational changes, analyzing workforce trends, and developing strategies to improve engagement and retention. You will work closely with leaders across 30+ outpatient primary care locations in the metro-Phoenix area, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational needs — all while making a meaningful impact on both the employee experience and the overall success of the organization.
