Physician – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | $300K+ | No Nights, No Weekends

$250K–$275K base + monthly bonus — most physicians in this model earn $300K+. Monday–Friday, 8–5. No nights, no weekends, no hospital rounding. A physician-owned, multispecialty group in Northeast Florida is adding a dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility Physician to lead post-acute care across its SNF partner facilities. This is a facility-based role only: you'll work inside the skilled nursing facilities, not in a clinic, and you'll supervise and collaborate with an established APRN team that handles day-to-day rounding.
