Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life in their own homes
Work primarily in clients' homes with varying shift schedules and activities
Deliver compassionate and professional Caregiver services tailored to each client's needs

Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required. We provide paid training for qualified Caregiver candidates.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Honest, dependable, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others
Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, Home Care Aide, or CNA is a plus
