→Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and your own network
→Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against client requirements
→Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process
→Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to joining
→Maintain candidate records and updates in our ATS
→Bring your own candidates and, where possible, new client opportunities

4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC
Proven track record of closing positions
Strong sourcing and search skills
A strong candidate network in Dubai and the GCC
Presentable, Should have Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Valid UAE residency, with a freelance permit or trade licence (or the ability to obtain one)
Your own laptop, phone and internet connection
