Waste Connections is looking for motivated, safety‑driven individuals to join our team at the Ocala Express Hauling location as a Dispatcher. • Monday–Friday
• Start time: 5:00 AM
• Typically 10-hour workdays (45–50 hours/week)

• Competitive Pay Based on experience
• Overtime available

• →Work with Operations and Customer Service to resolve service concerns
• →Analyze and resolve issues such as missed pickups, misplaced containers, or property matters
• →Provide drivers with support and clarification for pickups and deliveries
• →Schedule and dispatch work to drivers throughout the day
• →Utilize Waste Connections proprietary software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• →Maintain positive customer interactions and promote goodwill
• →Perform in a high‑volume, fast‑paced call environment
• →Upsell additional services when applicable

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years dispatch experience in transportation/logistics preferred
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
