• →Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
• →Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• →Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• →Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
• →Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• →Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
• →Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
• →Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• →Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to customers
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
