Support Team Operator - 3rd Shift

Richardson Oilseed Products US, a division of Richardson International operates a state-of-the-art oil packaging facility in Memphis, TN where it refines and packages one of the United States’ most recognized brands of canola and vegetable cooking oils, Wesson Oil.

• →Follow all workplace health & safety regulations, policies, and procedures at all times
• →Work safely by using required PPE, applying hazard controls, and completing only authorized work
• →Actively support safety programs (report hazards/incidents, participate in investigations and training)
• →Operate and maintain the acid plant, wastewater neutralization system, and related equipment
• →Handle oil processes: receive/unload shipments, pump, transfer, and load to storage or transport
• →Perform inventory tracking, tank measurements, documentation, and maintain 5S standards
• →Provide general support (utilities, pumping, basic maintenance) and complete other assigned duties

• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Understand instruction and follow direction
• Work primarily in a warm to hot environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
