Senior Decoration Engineer-喷涂工艺

• → Grasp the designer’s idea on color and carry out it through all the development process.
• → AS key contact person of decoration issue with designer.
• → Initiate and develop new lacquer/ink and build-up reliable & stable lacquering/printing process & equipment in order to ensure new project’s going smoothly and production in time with high quality.
• → Continuously improve lacquering/printing process & equipment to decrease cost of mass production through professional support on decoration area.
• → Build-up related procedure, WI and data sheet of  lacquering or printing  and issue ECNs to meet QMSP requirement.
• → Trouble-shooting of daily production in lacquering/printing process & equipment of external & internal lacquering/printing suppliers to improve product quality and efficiency.
• → Help external & internal decoration suppliers to establish stable process and improve product quality.
• → Technical support for supplier audit or decoration material localization.
• → Following company relevant regulations, internal standards and corporate policies, EHS policy, target, procedures; wearing PPE where required; immediately reporting work-related injuries and illnesses; reporting unsafe conditions; etc.
• → Analyze the change trend of the hazardous emission air in Lacquering/ Tempo print work area
• → Understand the requirement of laser marking requirement, guide and advise to decoration engineer for the laser marking specification.
• →Leading the decoration engineer to allocate the decoration task and make sure the decoration issues run smoothly.    

• Education: bachelor or above degree
• At least 8 years‘ experience on lacquering operation;
• Good understanding of lacquer and lacquering;
• Good in writing, listening and speaking English.
• Familiar with MS like Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Internet.
• Knowing AutoCAD or UG is highly appreciated
• Good communication and co-ordination ability
• Good team spirit
• Can work under high pressure.
• Travel Frequency：30 times/year
