Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsabilities * Deliver training to dealers/distributors in Latin America, company employees, and customers. * Manage materials and resources necessary for delivering training. * Collaborate in the execution of internal processes based on organizational needs. * Manage external training services, interacting with suppliers. * Research supplementary training materials to deepen knowledge in specific areas of products, machine systems, professional skills, and product applications. * Using appropriate channels, provide training information to dealers, company personnel, and customers regarding content and delivery. * Validate, create, adapt, and maintain up-to-date training materials and equipment, tools, simulations, and in-person and remote practical exercises. ## What Skills You Need * Knowledge of agricultural products. * Knowledge of one or more of the following systems: mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, etc. * Ability to convey concepts and knowledge to a diverse, heterogeneous classroom. * Strong oral and written communication skills, both in-person and virtual. * Flexibility to tailor the message and content to different audiences. * Proactivity and self-management skills. ## What Makes You Stand Out * Knowledge of technical support and diagnostics for agricultural/industrial machinery. * Degree in Engineering related to the industry. * Teaching experience at the secondary or higher education level. * Familiarity with the dealership network. * Knowledge of agronomy and/or agricultural machinery. ## Education * Degree holder or advanced student in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * English proficiency.
