Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products that meet unique business requirements. Your work will contribute to the continuous enhancement of software performance and adaptability, supporting evolving organizational goals and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to maintain clear communication within the team.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agent Development.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in software engineering.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
