We are hiring experienced Hazmat CDL-A Flex drivers to haul auto parts for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Earn competitive hourly pay, travel to support different operations, and enjoy a generous sign-on bonus.
Nice to Have

- Top annual pay: $115,000
- Hourly pay: $40, straight time
- Layover per diem: $25 per layover
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000, with the first payment after 30 days
- Paid weekly
- Travel assignments for up to 4 weeks at a time
- One week off between assignments
- Mix of multi-stop deliveries and occasional shuttle runs
- Routes through Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Missouri
- Haul auto parts in dry van trailers
- Newer automatic Freightliner sleeper trucks
- Driver unload required at each stop
- Use a lift gate and electric pallet jack
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid Class A CDL
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No SAP Drivers
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
- Able to work weekends
- Reliable and safety-focused
