We are expanding its dedicated Target fleet and hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul retail products in dry van trailers. Enjoy no-touch freight, drop-and-hook operations, competitive annual earnings, and additional performance and retention bonuses.

Weekly performance and safety bonus: $50
Quarterly retention bonus: An additional $0.02 per mile, effective November 1, 2026
Potential annual retention bonus: $2,000–$3,300
Paid weekly with activity-based pay

Current peak-season schedules: Thursday–Tuesday or Tuesday–Sunday
Starting time: 10:00 a.m.
Approximately 2–3 layovers per week, typically around 28 hours each
After peak season, typically beginning in January, drivers will have two set days off
