About the Role

You will deliver measurable savings and reduce supplier risk while staying within MOZN's approval matrix and procurement policies. You'll work closely with Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, IT, and internal requestors to make sure every purchase is competitive, compliant, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities

- Source qualified, competitive suppliers in the local market and internationally.
- Run RFI, RFP, and tender processes with scorecard-based technical and commercial evaluations, and document the basis for every recommendation.
- Carry out supplier prequalification and recommend approval or rejection. This includes site visits in Egypt, company profile review, due diligence (including sanctions and conflict-of-interest screening), and an information security review with IT for technology suppliers. Onboarding approval and vendor master data set-up sit with the designated owners.
- Manage relationships with strategic suppliers through regular performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Negotiate and manage contracts in line with MOZN's procurement terms and conditions.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and SLAs for high-value and strategic contracts, within the mandate approved under the signed DoA.

- Coordinate with Legal, the requestor, and Risk & Compliance to bring contracts with new suppliers to signature.
- Review the contract lifecycle with the requestor and reference department so renewals and other actions happen on time.
- Follow up on the delivery and implementation of products and services, coordinating internal teams and suppliers.
- Resolve delivery and implementation issues and escalate supplier performance risks promptly.
- Work with Finance on budget approvals.
- Support timely supplier payment by making sure POs, receipts, and invoice documentation are accurate and complete. Payment processing and release sit with Finance.
