We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Security & Bell Services Officers.

This unique position combines the responsibilities of resort security with the personalized service of a luxury hotel bellman. From warmly welcoming arriving guests and assisting with luggage to maintaining a safe and peaceful environment, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences.

  Welcome guests warmly and professionally, assisting with arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and transportation.

• →

  Provide attentive, personalized service, anticipating guest needs and assisting with inquiries and requests.

• →

  Prepare and maintain guest arrival amenities, including welcome refreshments and cold towels.

• →

  Maintain a professional and vigilant security presence throughout the resort.

• →

  Conduct regular security patrols, monitor access points, and identify potential safety or security concerns.

• →

  Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and unusual situations.

• →

  Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and shift checklists.

• →

  Assist with lost property inquiries and ensure recovered belongings are handled according to resort procedures.

  Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Beach Services, Food & Beverage, and other departments to support seamless operations.

  Uphold the resort's high standards of grooming, professionalism, guest service, and environmental responsibility.

• A proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and attention to detail.

• The ability to safely handle luggage and perform duties involving standing, walking, and regular movement throughout the property.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Previous experience in hospitality, bell services, security, or a related guest-facing role is preferred. First aid, CPR, or security training is an advantage.
