We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Services Manager (CSM) to provide strategic and operational leadership within our Residential Aged Care home in Clarinda, home to 78 residents. Reporting to the Residential Services Manager, you will lead and develop multidisciplinary clinical and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving compliance, clinical excellence and continuous improvement. As a key leader and Responsible Person under the Aged Care Act 2024, you will play an integral role in supporting residents to live their best life and achieve their personal goals.

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to nursing and care teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
  • Lead quality, risk and incident management processes, including investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of person-centred care through assessments, care planning, clinical reviews and complex care management.
  • Mentor, coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, allied health professionals and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA Registration and a Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within aged care, healthcare or a related clinical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality systems, risk management and aged care legislation.
  • Expertise in person-centred care, including supporting residents with complex clinical needs, dementia and palliative care requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
  • Make a meaningful impact in the lives of older Victorians through high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Not-for-profit salary packaging of up to $18,550 per annum, helping you increase your take-home pay.
  • Career progression opportunities, including leadership development, internal mobility, training programs and our Scholarship Program.
  • Be part of a supportive and values-driven organisation that champions continuous improvement, innovation and professional growth.
  • Recognition and reward programs that celebrate your contribution and achievements.

Join us on our fulfilling journey, as we transform the experience of ageing through collaboration, new ideas and genuine care. Across many different and interesting roles, we support our people to build meaningful connections and make a real impact by delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
