Salesforce Functional Consultant

• →Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• →Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities such as Flow, objects/fields, Record Types, Permission Sets, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• →Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement requests.
• →Perform functional impact analysis and recommend scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• →Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, and post-deployment validation.
• →Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• →Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and other technical teams.
• →Support SLA-driven delivery within a managed services environment.

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably as a Functional Consultant, Administrator, or Business Analyst.
• Strong Salesforce administration and declarative configuration skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, security/access, data model, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and functional analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting production Salesforce environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience/certification
• Experience with Agile, ITIL, Jira/Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
