We're looking for our next Senior Product Designer. Could It Be You? Most companies say design matters. We restructured around it. Nothing gets handed off, and nothing gets thrown over a wall — it's yours, start to finish. Owning outcomes with full autonomy from day one. We move fast, and the work carries your name. Stealing superpowers. Everyone here is exceptional at something and will happily show you how it's done; you'll be teaching yours before long. Questioning how we work, not just what we ship. Some of our favourite experiments started as "what if we just tried…" Leaving the design system better than you found it. Noticing the paper cuts nobody filed a ticket for, and fixing them. You are if you… Have worked inside a mature design team before, where critique, process, and systems are familiar territory Have curiosity as a default, and try things before anyone asks Want a team that pushes you, and don't have a ceiling in mind Additional Information… This posting is for multiple Senior Product Designer positions. You may work across trading, banking, or products that don't have names yet — we'll find the spot where you're strongest. We care about the quality of your work, not your years. If you're an exceptional intermediate designer, we genuinely want to see your portfolio. We're based in Toronto and we like being in a room together, so hybrid is our default. It's not a filter. Compensation Information: The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada).
