Responsibilities

As an LCC Shared Services Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and alignment of shared resources, documentation, training tools, and collaboration platforms across Legal, Contracts, and Compliance (LCC) groups. You will contribute to operational transparency, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives while supporting the evolving needs of the business.

→Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree.

→Experience in performing intake and routing of requests through enterprise processes and tools.

→Experience maintaining accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, or internal systems.

→Experience monitoring and managing centralized communication channels such as shared inboxes, ticketing systems, or request queues.

Requirements

Less than 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
Experience with written and verbal English communication to collaborate with global teams.
Experience reviewing documents and maintaining records with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to consistently follow defined processes, work instructions, and compliance requirements.
