We are seeking an experienced, Prosci-certified Change Management Lead to drive organizational change and support the successful implementation of a WorkForce Software solution. In this fully remote role, you will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align business objectives with employee needs and operational priorities. You will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, strengthen engagement, and ensure organizational readiness. Using the Prosci ADKAR® model and proven change management methodologies, you will help teams navigate transitions, overcome resistance, and adopt new ways of working. Your leadership will be instrumental in turning complex transformation initiatives into sustainable business improvements. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, people-focused professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable with occasional international travel.

  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives, assess organizational change needs, and develop tailored change management strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Lead change management activities throughout the WorkForce Software implementation, ensuring effective planning, execution, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies, including the Prosci ADKAR® model, to guide stakeholders and employees through the stages of organizational transformation.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, evaluate organizational readiness, identify potential risks, and develop practical mitigation strategies to address anticipated resistance.
  • Develop and maintain actionable change management deliverables, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management strategies.
  • Design and coordinate communication initiatives that clearly explain the purpose, benefits, and implications of change to diverse audiences.
  • Engage and coach executive sponsors, managers, supervisors, and project teams to strengthen leadership alignment, stakeholder commitment, and employee participation.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans, organizational design initiatives, and the definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement training and engagement strategies that support user readiness, knowledge transfer, and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor change progress, evaluate initiative effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, department heads, and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and maintain alignment throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, stay informed about emerging change management practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings when required, and deliver a positive stakeholder and client experience throughout the transformation process.
  • Support change initiatives across four key phases: preparation, design, execution, and sustainability, using collaborative change models, adult learning principles, and established operational practices.
  • Travel internationally on occasion as required, with a valid passport available for business travel.
