Join a dynamic, data-driven digital commerce environment where you will lead advertising strategies that help leading brands accelerate growth across Amazon's retail media ecosystem. As a Senior Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Amazon Search and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) campaigns, driving measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and return on advertising spend. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on campaign management, using performance analytics to identify opportunities and optimize results. Working closely with creative, analytics, SEO, and retail specialists, you will deliver integrated advertising solutions tailored to client objectives. You will also lead and develop a team of paid media professionals while building trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence business outcomes, explore emerging advertising technologies, and grow your leadership career in a collaborative, fully remote organization.

  • Own advertising strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies across Search and DSP for a diverse portfolio of clients, aligning campaign objectives with broader business and retail goals.
  • Manage campaign performance: Build, launch, monitor, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators, improve return on advertising spend (ROAS), and drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities: Evaluate campaign performance, interpret analytics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and business results.
  • Lead client relationships: Conduct client meetings, present strategic recommendations, communicate performance updates, and serve as a trusted advisor on advertising strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Manage and develop talent: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of two to three Paid Search and DSP Strategists, establishing clear expectations, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments: Monitor Amazon advertising platform updates, beta programs, policy changes, and emerging features to identify opportunities for clients to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives: Partner with creative, DSP, reporting, SEO, and other internal specialists to ensure advertising campaigns align with brand positioning, retail strategies, and client priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Test new approaches, refine campaign structures, and recommend innovative solutions that improve advertising performance and support long-term client growth.
  • Educate clients on new opportunities: Proactively communicate relevant platform developments, advertising tools, and emerging strategies that can strengthen campaign effectiveness and unlock additional value.
