This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced SCM Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications team as a Staff Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules — Quality Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing — and will act as a senior-level advisor, solution architect, and hands-on implementation/support consultant for our supply chain technology landscape. This role requires a strong blend of functional process knowledge, techno-functional problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills to drive end-to-end SCM transformation initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design & develop new features / enhancements for Oracle Cloud ERP based on Business Needs & deploy after testing.
• Maintain & Support Oracle Cloud ERP application.
• Develop new OIC Integrations or carry out modifications to existing OIC Integrations.
• Develop new Reports (OTBI & BIP) or carry out modifications to existing Reports (OTBI & BIP).
• Deliver documentation and end-user training on new features and system functionality.
• Develop Test scripts based on Functional and Technical Requirement.
• Monitor and maintain production system environments to ensure agreed upon targets for availability and performance are maintained.
• Manage and resolve assigned support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Enforce code quality standards across development, testing, version control, and bug tracking activities.

Who You Are and What You Bring

• Around 3+ Years of Handson experience in any 2 Oracle Fusion SCM Modules (Order Management, Procurement, PDH, Inventory, Manufacturing & WMS).
• Strong Techno-Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud ERP is essential.
• Proven experience developing OIC integrations with third-party applications and building Oracle Fusion BIP/OTBI reports.
• Proficient in Custom extensions, SQL, PL/SQL, Programming Skills, databases.
• Functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & Order-to-Cash (O2C) Business flows.
• Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure high quality, standards driven deliverables across all development, support, and reporting activities.
• Must have graduated from an institution featured in the Top 100 NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) rankings at the time of graduation (Overall / Engineering category).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or higher, with a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) consistently throughout academics — 10th, 12th, and Graduation/Post-Graduation.
