As a FECOS Inventory Control – HVM/NPI Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the FECOS NPI/HVM Inventory Management teams. Thess teams primarily responsible to help to improve Production Operations execution within the tactical horizon window.

You will be responsible for collaborating with Front End Manufacturing Inventory (HVM/NPI) stakeholders to deliver tactical solutions and BKM sharing across the network. This will be achieved by developing metrics that clarify deliverables, and by providing front-end manufacturing experience and expertise and influencing key business partners (Supply Chain, AT, Quality, SMAI). You will build effective global teams by distributing work and learning opportunities functionally and regionally, and by empowering team members with the authority to make decisions at the appropriate level and geographically. You will deliver competitive results by spearheading innovative solutions, removing barriers and assisting in troubleshooting and escalating issues.
