What you will be doing?
• Advising and assisting various domestic as well as multi-national mergers and acquisitions.
• Advising on substantial acquisitions
 • Assisting in transaction structuring; Structuring, drafting and vetting of transaction documents and negotiation;
• Conducting legal due diligence on the target companies/vendor due diligences representing the companies
• Providing opinions on foreign direct investment/overseas direct investment issues/ share transfer issues involving non-resident entities
• Advising various Indian and foreign entity collaborators, in relation to joint ventures transactions, including drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, setting up of the JVC, regulatory applications/ filings, advising on issues etc.
• Experience in general Corporate Advisory and Commercial Contracting

What do we expect?
• Must have relevant prior experience in M&A practice area with large corporates; Product company experience is preferred. 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Must be abreast with industry M&A trends and best practices
• Informed on current and developing legislation governing mergers and acquisitions within the business’s jurisdiction, ensuring that all of the business’s M&A initiatives are within the confines of the law.
