Quick Summary
We’re searching for a passionate, quick-thinking Media & Publisher Coordinator to drive our vision forward. With our finger on the pulse of the industry, we’re propelling growth and innovation.
You will support our Director of Media & Publishers, who grows Raketech’s publisher network in the Nordic markets, sells media placements on our pages and finds exclusive partners. You start in admin and coordination, learning how publisher and media deals work from the inside. As you grow, the role develops towards sales, with more ownership of partners, outreach and deals.
Where this can go: we’ll agree a development plan together. The aim is to move from supporting to owning parts of the sales process, such as prospecting, outreach and managing smaller partners. Most of your time at the start goes to daily admin, with a clear transition into more ownership as part of your development plan. In sales, you begin by closing smaller flat fees and CPA/rev share adjustments, and the size of the deals gradually increases as you grow.
