Business Analyst (m/f)

For our respectable Client, an international company and a leader in its industry, DEKRA Arbeit BH d.o.o. is advertising the following position:

• →Analyze business performance, sales results, profitability, and key business KPIs.
• →Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
• →Identify business trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• →Support the preparation of business cases and investment proposals.
• →Monitor customer and product profitability.
• →Coordinate credit notes, rebates, bonus schemes, and commercial accruals.
• →Support monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• →Maintain dashboards and performance reporting tools.
• →Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare materials for business review meetings.
• →Drive process improvement initiatives, automation, and digitalization projects.
• →Coordinate activities across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain functions.
• →Support internal and external audit processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Finance, Controlling, Commercial Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and business reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. (Additional languages are considered an advantage.)
