We are seeking a new talent to join the AI & Data team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Search Analytics - Internal Consulting.

As a LLM Model Developer, you will be responsible for fine-tuning Large Language Models with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
• Master proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required.
• Master proficiency in JavaScript is recommended.
• Intermediate proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Algorithms, and Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning is suggested.
• Develop and optimize fine-tuning strategies to improve model accuracy and contextual understanding.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader analytics solutions.
• Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in large language model development.
• Analyze model performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative approaches to instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
• Bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English written and spoken.
