Coordonnateur/trice des transports

Cardinal est actuellement à la recherche d’un (e) coordonnateur des transports positif et ayant l’esprit d’équipe pour se joindre à notre équipe de Dorval. Le coordonnateur des transports fait partie du Centre de contrôle des opérations (OCC) de Dorval et collaborera directement avec le service des opérations afin de s’assurer que les demandes et les besoins en matière de livraison des clients internes et externes sont satisfaits.

• Vous possédez de solides compétences en organisation et en résolution de problèmes
• Vous êtes ouvert(e) aux nouveaux défis et aux nouvelles responsabilités, et vous aimez acquérir de nouvelles compétences
• La connaissance des logiciels SAP, AIMS et Tecsys constitue un atout
• Vous êtes disposé à travailler selon un horaire flexible, au besoin

Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1300 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking a positive and team-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our Dorval location. The Transportation Coordinator is a part of the Dorval Operations Control Center (OCC) and will collaborate directly with Operations to ensure requests and delivery needs from internal and external customers are met.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:  

• Prepare proof of delivery and package tracking for all shipments.
• Manage and coordinate pickup requests from suppliers and carriers.
• Track shipments and delivery times to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Produce bills of lading for shipments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Prepare packing lists for shipments to ensure accurate and complete deliveries.
• Compile data and maintain records to track transportation metrics and ensure compliance.
• Dispatch orders in AIMS to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Ensure transportation compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve transportation-related issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
