With no nights, Sundays, or holidays, you’ll have time to recharge and enjoy what matters most outside of work.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • True clinical autonomy: Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients independently, using your clinical judgment to deliver timely, evidence-based care.

  • Work-life balance you can count on: Three 12-hour shifts per week with consistent scheduling—and no nights, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Simple, efficient charting: Spend more time with patients and less time behind the screen thanks to our user-friendly EMR and streamlined workflows.
  • A team culture that feels right: Professional, upbeat, and collaborative—an environment where providers stay because they enjoy coming to work.

What You’ll Do

  • Independently evaluate and treat a broad range of urgent and minor conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, develop treatment plans, prescribe when appropriate, and manage follow-up care within your scope of practice.
  • Apply evidence-based medicine to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient visits and a positive patient experience.
  • Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR for an easy end-of-day wrap-up.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with an active, unrestricted Kentucky license.
  • Prefer 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, emergency medicine, or a comparable fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable practicing autonomously and confidently managing a high-volume clinical environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a steady, compassionate presence with patients and colleagues.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Three 12-hour shifts per week.
  • No nights, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Competitive base pay plus a volume-based bonus structure.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Short-term disability and life insurance
  • CEU and licensure reimbursement
