Willoughby - Attended Donation Center (ADC) Attendant

Join us in making a meaningful impact in Willoughby, Ohio! Be the friendly face and first point of contact for Goodwill at our donation centers. Donation Center Attendants play a vital role in creating a positive donor experience while supporting and sharing Goodwill's mission. As an ADC Attendant, you'll greet and thank donors, give them tax receipts, and keep the donation site running to agency standards.

• →Open the ADC each day on a regular schedule, and secure it at the end of the day
• →Greet donors promptly and courteously (within 10 seconds), unload donations from vehicles, and keep accurate daily counts
• →Hand every donor a receipt and end every interaction with "You changed a life today, Thank you!"
• →Break down donations into categories
• →Keep the drive-through and ADC site clean and up to image standards
• →Order and maintain supplies, and keep them secure
• →Tell your supervisor about large items that can't be stored at the ADC so a truck can pick them up
• →Help the Transportation team with equipment deliveries and pickups when possible
• →Attend in-service training as assigned
• →Follow all safety policies

• Good people skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to wear a company uniform, including an identification badge
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical duties such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stair climbing
