Senior Product Owner

We are hiring a Senior Product Owner who gets energy from structure, flow and a perfectly organised backlog. Someone who wants to make sure great ideas actually reach healthcare professionals through product developments.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in software product teams.

• Strong command of Scrum and agile delivery, and you know when to adapt it.

• Technical enough to discuss solutions with engineers, understand trade-offs and help make realistic estimates.

• You keep the customer at the centre of the backlog, and link technical work to what users need.

• You love structure: a clear backlog, a steady rhythm and predictable delivery give you energy.

• Low ego, high ownership. You’re a builder who wants to ship a bit better every week.

• You move fast, but carefully. You understand that in healthcare, getting it right matters.

• Experience with Jira.

• Fluent in English.

• Have a background in software engineering.

• Have experience with AI products, and with an AI-native way of working.

• Have worked in healthcare or another regulated environment, for example with MDR, IEC 62304 or similar.

• Have worked with integrations and external partners.

• Speak Dutch.
