  • Contribute to planning and execution of new initiatives by advising on resource needs, sequencing work, and time/cost considerations from a production support perspective.
  • Lead or support complex troubleshooting efforts, including root cause analysis and remediation for production issues, system performance challenges, and data integrity concerns.
  • Coordinate across SAS support, R&D, cloud/hosting, sales, and delivery teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues and improve customer outcomes.  Identify, define and assist with scoping new solution opportunities while ensuring alignment with existing production environments.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical findings into clear business impacts and recommendations.
  • Stay current on SAS technologies and Medicaid policy trends and apply new knowledge to customer environments.
  • Participate in regular onsite engagement in Columbia, SC.
