Packaging Intern (R&D) 2027

Join the team as an R&D Packaging Intern 2027 and support the Packaging team in the development, testing, validation, and commercialization of beverage packaging solutions. 

Working within a laboratory environment, the intern will gain hands-on experience with packaging materials, performance testing, data analysis, sustainability initiatives, and innovation projects across PepsiCo's beverage portfolio.

PepsiCo Internship Programme is 6-9 month program designed for high potential undergraduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. 

• →Execute Lab testing according to PepsiCo and industry standards.
• →Datapack testing across all pack types.
• →Follow all EHS guidelines while onsite.
• →Work as part of a team to ensure testing turn around times are met.
• →Take direction from junior engineers and other lab leads.
• →Work on group Intern project.
• →Develop a presentation based on the work completed through out the 6 months
