Lead Qualification Rep

• →Respond to all inbound and web inquiries, including live chat, with a prompt, professional, and engaging approach
• →Cultivate initial engagement with prospects in order to generate qualified opportunities
• →Qualify incoming leads to ensure an optimal handoff to the sales team
• →Devise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are transferred to the appropriate department
• →Pass qualified leads over to the sales team with complete, accurate information
• →Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices for contact strategies
• →Provide best-in-class customer care in all interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of previous telemarketing/phone sales experience required
• Strong communication, customer service, and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfort engaging prospects by phone, chat, and other inbound channels
• A self-starter who can operate independently and as part of a team
• Coachability with a desire to grow professionally

• Compensation: $20/hr plus monthly bonuses. Average annual earnings: $41,000–$47,000
