2027 MBA Intern - Corporate Development

Adobe generated $23.77 billion in revenue in FY2025 and has expanded its capabilities through strategic acquisitions, including Semrush and Topaz Labs in 2026. Our Corporate Development team identifies, sources, evaluates, and executes Adobe’s inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions and investments.

In this role, you’ll work closely with business unit leaders and product managers to assess growth opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with the Corporate Strategy team on critical initiatives sponsored by Adobe’s senior executives.

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 - June 2028
• Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills, including valuation, and a strong understanding of core accounting and finance concepts and acquisition and investment processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders across organizational levels and teams
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives, building alignment, and delivering results
• Strong external communication and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with software development and architecture is a plus
• Familiarity with the legal aspects of acquisitions and investments is a plus
