We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Store Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marietta College Team Store. This role offers the opportunity to manage store operations, merchandising, inventory, and customer service while directly supporting the growth of the campus retail program. Responsibilities include product ordering and inventory management, cash handling and transaction oversight, merchandise design and selection, email communication, and the hiring, training, scheduling, and leadership of a team of 3-5 employees. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills. This is a full-time position averaging 37 hours per week, with a starting pay range of $17-$20 / hour.
