Weld Inspector

Join our Raymond Team as a Weld Inspector!

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Weld Inspector who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll inspect completed weld products and provide feedback to weld staff while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. • →Daily inspection of multiple weld products
• →Completing daily inspection logs
• →Collaborate with supporting functions (quality, paint, etc)
• →Provide feedback to weld staff, associates, and leadership on quality trends

• Three or more years of manufacturing experience, including at least one year as an Inspector.
• A basic ability to read blueprints/diagrams/specifications and to follow/comprehend detailed instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A High level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

• General knowledge of the welding process
• A High School diploma or GED is highly preferred

• This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
• Standard working hours: 8:30pm – 5:00am
