HRBP Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner or COE Specialist supporting multiple countries across the Americas.
• Knowledge of labor frameworks and employment practices in Latin America, particularly Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational climate initiatives, and HR reporting/analytics.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience managing labor vendors and Employer of Record (EOR) partnerships.
• Knowledge of Workday
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience supporting regional HR operations and business expansion across multiple countries.
