Esper was founded in 2018 with the mission to empower dynamic and responsive policymaking in government. We imagine a world where policymaking is driven by data and insights from all stakeholders, and we are transforming traditional bureaucracy into a dynamic and flexible system that encourages innovation and collaboration.
Esper is the policy platform of choice for large enterprise government agencies.Over the past 8 years, Esper has built an incredible customer base with a sticky product and exceptional team to deliver transformation in the largest government agencies. We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to tell our story and grow our footprint in the market.
As Head of Marketing, you'll take a founder-led narrative and turn it into a category. You'll decide how Esper shows up everywhere, from a state CIO's inbox to a fire chief's LinkedIn feed to the stage at a NASCIO conference.
This is a builder role with a strategist's brain and a writer's ear. You'll work side by side with the CEO, partner tightly with Sales and Product, and lead a small but mighty marketing team.
