• →At least 5 years’ experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or technical business management role. Prefer 8+ years.
• →Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• →Experience with cloud computing.
• →Experience in SQL, Data mapping, API, SFTP, HTTP(s) protocols
• →Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• →Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
• →Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• →Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• →Expertise in business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and process modeling.
• →Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• →Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys and aligning technology solutions to customer experience outcomes
• →Ability to connect business capabilities and system interactions to customer journeys (e.g., journey mapping frameworks, E2EUX concepts).
• →Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI, automation, digital platforms).
• →Preferred degrees in Engineering, Information Systems or related technical fields.
