Responsibilities

High School Diploma or GED required

Associate's degree or higher preferred

Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new CRM and enrollment management systems
Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for achieving individual performance goals
Positive, team-oriented approach with a genuine passion for education and student success
Ability and willingness to work scheduled evenings and occasional Saturdays as needed
