Ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and changes in payroll, retirement, and benefit systems.
Use advanced features of payroll software.
Apply strategies for optimizing payroll and benefits administration, including complex payroll adjustments
and comprehensive benefits enrollments and changes.

Lead the payroll and benefits process.
Implement improvements to payroll and benefits processes.
Handle escalated payroll and benefits issues.
Stay current on industry trends and updates in payroll and benefits.
Apply continuous improvement techniques.
Contribute to strategic payroll and benefits decisions and major policy changes.
Handle the full year-end process.
