Campbell, California | Full-Time Direct Hire | Up to $40 per Hour (DOE) A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established, comprehensive dental practice in Campbell, California, to recruit an experienced, confident, and highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. The practice is seeking a dependable, proactive dental professional with strong chairside assisting skills and confidence assisting with oral surgery procedures. The ideal candidate can anticipate the doctor’s needs, remain calm during complex procedures, maintain an efficient clinical workflow, and deliver exceptional patient care. Schedule Monday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Tuesday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Friday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: Closed Staff are expected to arrive approximately 30 minutes before the first patient. Daily employee start times and breaks will be confirmed with the practice. Compensation Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience (DOE) Compensation based on clinical experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Practice Environment Established comprehensive dental practice Stable, people-oriented, and team-oriented culture Approximately 6 providers Approximately 15 team members 5 operatories PPO and fee-for-service (UCR) patients Collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment Comprehensive general, cosmetic, restorative, and preventive dentistry Responsibilities Provide exceptional four-handed chairside assistance during general, restorative, and surgical procedures Confidently assist the dentist during oral surgery procedures, including dental extractions and other surgical treatments as assigned Prepare surgical treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials Demonstrate familiarity with oral surgery instruments, surgical setups, and sterile technique Anticipate the doctor’s needs throughout surgical and restorative procedures Maintain a calm, organized, and professional approach during complex treatments Support patient preparation, comfort, and postoperative education Assist with crown and bridge, composite restorations, cosmetic procedures, and comprehensive dental treatments Capture diagnostic radiographs in accordance with California regulations Assist with digital impressions and scanning Follow established infection control, sterilization, and OSHA safety protocols Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently between appointments Monitor clinical inventory and maintain properly stocked treatment rooms Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members Perform all assigned duties within the authorized scope of California RDA licensure Practice Software and Technology Dentrix practice management software Demandforce patient communication software DEXIS digital radiography Carestream imaging software GenX panoramic imaging iTero digital scanner Fuji bonding materials TempBond temporary cement Dental Services Cosmetic dentistry Crown and bridge Composite fillings Partial dentures Complete dentures Fixed screw-retained dentures Invisalign Preventive and periodontal care The Ideal Candidate We are seeking an RDA who is clinically strong, confident with oral surgery, proactive, dependable, and comfortable assisting during complex dental procedures.
