As a Security Guard Full Time Morning Health Facility Patrol in Chula Vista, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping maintain an orderly environment for patients and healthcare personnel.
• →Document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
