What a typical day looks like:

Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.
May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.
Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data. Also, may create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources,
Audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
Responsible for process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
Tracks warehouse management performance, and initiate corrective actions when required.
Design, manage and control all data investigation tools

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Typically requires 1+ years of experience working for a service industry shipping or related field/ experience in materials or related field.
Experience with foreign trade, and knowledge with incoterm and exotherm.
A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.
Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to includes processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
