We are looking for a 0-2 PQE Associate (E&W scale) to join our Asia TMT/IP team, based in Singapore.

Our Asia TMT/IP practice supports clients across a range of sectors on technology, data, and IP issues. The practice provides the opportunity to work on a broad range of products but with a focus on transactional TMT/IP – this includes: (i) digital infrastructure transactions (e.g., data centres, telco towers, fiber and satellites); (ii) technology, data and IP-driven transactions and other M&A transaction support (e.g., technology, data and IP due diligence, transitional service agreements and licensing arrangements, data sharing and analytics, technology procurement and build, outsourcing, service arrangements); and (iii) advisory (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity, tech regulatory, IP commercialisation and protection strategy).

As the role has a sector focus, we are open to technically strong candidates who may have a different background or training with transferable skills, e.g., transactional background from working in M&A, finance, infrastructure projects, commercial teams, or those who have a litigation background. Our team has a diverse range of team members, several of whom started off in different practice areas.

The Asia TMT/IP practice is a regional practice and works with the firm’s network and clients across the Asia and Middle East regions. The practice has team members physically based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Dubai.
