Assembled helps companies scale great customer support. As consumers, we’ve all been there. You need help, you’re stuck on hold or going in circles with an AI, and your problem still isn’t solved.
Behind great support is a complex operational problem: thousands of people and AI agents working across teams, time zones, and products as new problems emerge. Assembled gives support leaders the tools to manage that complexity, from AI agents that resolve customer issues to software that forecasts demand, builds schedules, and makes intraday adjustments.
More than 400 companies, including DoorDash, Salesforce, Stripe, and Sephora, trust Assembled. We've raised $71M from NEA, Emergence Capital, Stripe, and Basis Set Ventures and have offices in San Francisco, New York, and London.
We’re hiring our first marketer in London. Europe is our next growth market, and right now we’ve got a tight-knit, quota-focused sales team with big goals and not much regional marketing behind them—yet.
You’ll change that. Field events are the engine — dinners, roadshows, conferences, executive gatherings that put our team in front of the CX and Workforce Management leaders running Europe’s most complex operations. But this isn’t a role that stops at the event calendar. You’ll be the person who figures out what the European market needs from marketing and then goes and does it.
We’re starting in the UK with plans to expand across the region. You’ll work closely with our global events lead on moments where EMEA shows up inside the worldwide program, and with our growth team on campaigns that need European flair.
We work together in person five days a week from our London office in King’s Cross.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →
Own the EMEA field calendar and the budget behind it — decide which events, dinners, and roadshows are worth doing, and which ones we skip
- →
Run field as a pipeline channel: pre-event targeting through opportunity creation and deal acceleration, with named accounts attached to every program
- →
Build account-based programs sized to the deal, whether that's one account, a handful, or a roomful, in lockstep with the London sales team
- →
Build our EMEA partner and channel motion — joint events, co-marketing, and the relationships that get us in front of buyers we can't reach on our own
- →
Be the voice of the European market inside Assembled: what needs localizing, which content doesn't land, where our story has to change by country, and what customer stories to bring to life
- →
Foster community efforts. Get to know the European CX/WFM community by genuinely contributing and building relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders
- →
Bring EU-specific campaign ideas to the team and make sure Europe is designed into campaigns rather than translated at the end
- →
Build AI workflows that let one marketer cover multiple countries — invite list enrichment, event pages, personalized follow-up at volume, post-event analysis
6–9 years in field, events, or regional marketing at B2B companies selling into enterprise, including time owning UK or EMEA programs rather than supporting someone else's
Startup, get sh*t done mindset. The region is new and our team there is small and scrappy. You know how to spot the highest-leverage opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to make magic happen
You've been early somewhere — the first marketer in a region or on a small team, where no playbook existed and you wrote one
Event judgment with receipts. Tell us about an event you cut and why, not only the ones that worked
Nice to have: experience in European markets beyond the UK, with an understanding of how programs need to differ by market
A close working relationship with sales. You've sat in pipeline reviews, you know what an AE needs from a dinner, and you can hold your own on account strategy
AI systems you've built and use, with an example you can walk through. One marketer covering this much ground without AI is a headcount request, not a plan
A bias to go first. You'd rather run a twelve-person dinner next month than spend the quarter planning a conference booth for next year
